Thanks to advancements in genetics, eco-architecture gets a boost and develops in a new direction: building, or, rather, growing huge tree-houses. Genetically modified trees grow faster and are more reliable in bad weather conditions. When they reach the optimal size, their growth stops and a residential building is set up in their crowns along with all the necessary infrastructure such as schools, sports, cultural and entertainment centres.
